From Residential Properties to Heritage Landmarks

PB Sealants Ltd was established in 2003 by Phil Fairchild, following his career in the mastic and sealant industry.

Over the years, the business has grown from an independent operation into an experienced team carrying out specialist sealant work across a wide range of properties and projects. Our experience covers virtually every type of sealant application; from external glass-to-glass joints to sealing around windows, doors, kitchens, sinks etc. Whether it's a large commercial project or a small residential job, we approach every job with the same level of care and attention to detail.

We've had the opportunity to work on a number of notable projects over the years, including the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and the Houses of Parliament, as well as many other commercial, heritage and residential projects. These high-profile projects reflect not only the quality of our work, but also the long-standing relationships we have built with our clients over the years.

Our team includes Level 2 NVQ trainees and qualified operatives, alongside CSCS-registered and IPAF-certified operatives, ensuring our work is carried out by trained and competent professionals. We also maintain full public and employers' liability insurance, providing peace of mind on every project.
